Private Coaching

The structure and content of my coaching programs are supported by the latest developments in the field of personal wellbeing. Sessions are either online, telephone or face-to-face, depending on your location and preference. 

Exploration​

​

Our first session together will be spent getting to know each other, establishing a trusted relationship and understanding the road ahead. We'll explore your personal terrain, your natural behaviours and your reasons for engaging with coaching.

Capacity

​

A clear goal is important, but as with any challenge you need fuel to sustain the journey. This session includes an energy assessment to see where you're at now, and development of an energy boosting plan. This type of work can be challenging, so it's important you've got reserves to call upon.

Rediscovering Strengths​

​

There are many different ways to climb a tree - we will establish your way. A strengths assessment will give us a strong indication of what you're naturally great at. Developing weaknesses isn't useful or energising. With that in mind, this is about rediscovering and developing your natural strengths.

Goal Achievement​

​

Now you've got a plan to sustain your energy and you've grasped your natural strengths, we can go to work with achieving some transformative goals. I'll be on hand via email and text (SMS) between sessions to maintain a sense of accountability. 

Support for Growth​

​

Following the program, some of my clients choose to maintain a relationship with me to explore other goals or to benefit from an accountability partner.

​

I offer ad hoc 'refocus' sessions or extended ongoing support with regular reviews.

The coaching program is delivered over 2 months and includes the following:

  • An initial 60 minute exploratory session to identify the main aims of our work together, understand your process with change and build trust.​​​

​

  • Strengths assessment using latest profiling tool in strengths development.

​

  • 7 x 60 minute sessions (weekly) to understand your behaviours and develop achievable action plans.

​

  • Online action plan sharing.

​

  • Ongoing email and text support.
